February’s movie choice is Origin, written (screenplay) and directed by Ava DuVernay based on the book Caste: The Origins of Our Discontents by Isabel Wilkerson.

The Matinee Movie Group meets monthly usually at 2 pm or abouts depending on available movies that the Group might like to see. Movies are at local theaters, especially at AMC Montgomery Mall and Landmark in Bethesda. Group members will be notified of movie selection around 10 days prior to movie.
