All interested are welcome to join in a fast-paced walk. This month’s rescheduled walk will be along the C&O Canal towpath, starting at Pennyfield Lock in Potomac. The towpath is a flat dirt path, easy to navigate. We will meet at the Pennyfield lock house (12100 Pennyfield Lock Road, Potomac, MD 20854) and head south (river will be on your right) for about 1.5 miles to view the eagle's nest across the river.
