SPECIAL EVENT — Let’s Move Beyond Plastics with Adrienne Dean and Didi Bild

Even serious subjects can be fun. Join members of the Montgomery County Beyond Plastics local group to learn about the environmental impact of single-use plastics and how you can reduce your use, one plastic item at a time. Test your knowledge of the impact these products have on the environment, be wowed as an artist turns plastic bags into art, and gain an understanding of the questions surrounding bioplastics. Enjoy a showcase of many of the available alternatives to single-use plastics, including shopping bags, water bottles, food wrap, laundry and dish detergent, personal care items and more.
