Why not try making sushi yourself?

North Bethesda Village is offering a hands-on session to learn the basics of sushi: what materials and ingredients are needed as well as what techniques to use.

Registration for the class will require a participation/materials fee of $10. Students, however, are asked to bring:

• bamboo mat or other pliable rolling sheet, flexible placemat, or dish towel

• apron (recommended, not mandatory)

• small box or bag for carrying home finished sushi rolls.

Class is limited to 17 participants.
