American Mah Jongg Lesson (Davis Library, Lower Level)

This is the third session of the four-week American Mah Jongg class.

Mah Jongg is a tile-based game developed in 19th century China and has now spread throughout the world. It is a game of skill, strategy, and luck.

In these lessons, you will learn standard American mah jongg according to National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) rules. After the four successive lessons, you are welcome to participate in the twice-monthly practice mah jongg sessions at the Davis Library.

The class fee is $30 which includes the 2024 NMJL card ($15) and a contribution to offset NBV costs.
