“Teen Difference “ is a group of thoughtful and savvy teens who have set up an in-person service to assist their elders with gnarly tech issues.  They are offering their assistance to North Bethesda Village participants.

Members of the Teen Difference team will be available on Saturday, January 25th to help with your phone, IPad, and laptop challenges.  Bring your device(s) and sit down for up to 30 minutes one-on-one with a teen coach.  Appointment times will be sent via a separate email.

Teen coaches can help with the following types of issues, among others:

1. Organizing and uploading files on computer to Google

2. Managing saved passwords on computer and phone

3. Adjusting notification settings on phone such as noise, and specifying which apps can send notifications

4. Getting rid of unwanted applications on your phone 

5. Updating software on your computer, phone, tablet, etc.
